Hanes Geo Components Announces Ero-Tex Acquisition

Hanes Geo Components, of Winston Salem, NC, announces they have reached an agreement to acquire ERO-TEX which was founded by Scott Bordeau and Dan Salsinger in 2001. Since that time Scott and Dan have grown ERO-TEX into the leading distributor of Geotextiles and Erosion Control materials in the Wisconsin and Illinois markets which they serve.  Scott and Dan will now lead Hanes Geo Components efforts to continue growing sales in this region. John Dowdell, President of Hanes Geo Components, commented that “with their focus on distribution of geotextile and erosion control products, ERO-TEX is an excellent operational fit with Hanes Geo Components.
