Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN), a national planning, engineering and program management firm, has announced a strategic reorganization that includes promoting four leaders to senior business group director roles and creating four new market sectors. The move is intended to enhance collaboration across disciplines and expand the firm’s capacity to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.

Matt Manges, P.E., will lead the Public Works Market Sector, which encompasses stormwater management, drainage and municipal engineering. With 18 years of experience in watershed planning and flood risk reduction, Manges will focus on helping communities develop resilient and compliant public works systems.

Other appointments include JP Grom, AIA (Program Management & Facilities), Justin Reeves, P.E. (Water Infrastructure), and Tom Ellis, P.E. (Transportation).

“These promotions and new market sectors are a direct response to client needs and emerging opportunities,” said Steve Gilbreath, president of LAN, in a press release. “They position us to deliver more integrated, multidisciplinary solutions across the communities we serve.”
