Contech and SEKISUI Form Strategic Alliance

Contech Engineered Solutions and SEKISUI SPR Group have announced the signing of a strategic agreement covering the United States and Canada giving Contech the exclusive license to manufacture, promote and sell SPR PE—a spiral‐wound HDPE product that is heat‐fused to form a structural pipeline rehabilitation system—to authorized installers for the next 20 years.

“Rehabilitation is critically important in helping to solve the nation’s aging infrastructure problem,” said Ron Keating, president and CEO of Contech. “SEKISUI SPR’s advanced technology and ability to provide the product which is used for in situ winding of pipe is a tremendous addition to Contech’s portfolio.
