Established in 1956, NCSPA seeks to promote sound public policy relating to the use of corrugated steel drainage structures in private and public construction. It collects and distributes technical information; assists public and private agencies in the formulation of specifications and designs; encourages greater knowledge of corrugated steel pipe's benefits and uses among college engineering students; and conducts seminars to increase awareness of the product and its application among specifiers.
Standard corrugated steel pipe is available in a wide range of sizes, shapes, gauges and corrugation profiles to help designers meet both hydraulic and structural conditions for...
Routing vehicular traffic over streams and rivers presents a problem to engineers. Beneath the span, they need to create an environment that is as close as possible to nature ...
These systems work in a three-stage process: settling out solids, separating floating oils and solids, and filtering small fines. The CSP system can be built with a convenient...
CSP systems provide cost-effective solutions to storm water management requirements. Subsurface practices such as detention, infiltration and filtration provide a method to meet...
CSP systems have been employed for almost a century in rehabilitation projects, providing cost savings and reducing the disruption caused by the removal of old structures. Lining...
Storm sewer systems, in general, have environments with little or no abrasion and limited time of wetness. These factors, along with a variety of coating systems, mean CSP can...
CSP culverts maintain the advantage of the strength of steel with a variety of coatings that provide long service life. With allowable fill heights of more than 100 ft and minimum...
CSP and structural plate pipe systems have the advantage of the strength of steel and the durability of coatings to provide an efficient product. A variety of corrugation profiles...
Reliable. Sustainable. Strong. Engineers, specifiers and contractors have these common demands in mind when it comes to any drainage project. In addition, they need drainage solutions...
Over the past half century, corrugated steel pipe (CSP) coatings such as polymer-coated and aluminized Type 2 (ALT2) have increased in popularity due to their exceptional service...
The NCSPA announces the creation of an educational outreach program. Complete with in-person presentations and scholarships, this program is designed to educate a new generation...
