AQUALIS announced it has acquired the assets of Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI), a storm water management company headquartered in Gilford, New Hampshire, with operations throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
ESI specializes in industrial vacuumation, jetting and sediment cleaning services as well as water quality testing. The acquisition of ESI supports AQUALIS’ strategy to provide comprehensive storm water management services with broad geographic coverage, according to the AQUALIS press release.
