AQUALIS acquires Environmental Services Inc

AQUALIS, a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners and the leading national provider in comprehensive water resource management services, today announced it has acquired the assets of Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI), a stormwater management company headquartered in Gilford, N.H. with operations throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

ESI specializes in industrial vacuumation, jetting and sediment cleaning services as well as water quality testing. The acquisition of ESI supports AQUALIS’ strategy to provide comprehensive stormwater management services with broad geographic coverage.

AQUALIS currently operates across the continental United States and Puerto Rico. This transaction further supports AQUALIS’ existing presence across ESI’s East Coast footprint, providing additional service delivery depth and further strengthening its best-in-class service model.
