ADS acquires River Valley Pipe

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) announced on May 8, 2025, the acquisition of River Valley Pipe LLC, a privately-owned pipe manufacturing company located in the Midwest region of the United States.

River Valley Pipe, LLC is a Midwestern manufacturer of high-performance corrugated plastic pipe systems serving the agriculture market and is headquartered in Lacon, Illinois. The company was founded in 2015 and operates from two production facilities in Illinois and Iowa.
