SwiftComply announced on April 29, 2025, the acquisition of CloudCompli and NPDESPro. The acquisitions mark a step forward in the company’s strategy to deliver a connected platform for managing environmental compliance across North America.
CloudCompli and NPDESPro are used by municipal stormwater teams to manage inspections, enforcement, reporting and stakeholder engagement. Their addition allows the company’s customers to manage a suite of programs in a single platform.
“We’ve long admired what the CloudCompli and NPDESPro teams have built, and we’ve collaborated with them on projects over the years,” said Mick O’Dwyer, founder and CEO of SwiftComply, in a press release. “This is a natural evolution of our platform and a major leap toward realizing our vision of a purpose-built solution that helps utilities manage compliance more efficiently and effectively.”
The deal represents the company’s first acquisition since receiving a strategic growth investment from M33 Growth in early 2025.

According to a press release, the combined platform is designed to help cities modernize compliance operations, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance environmental outcomes.
